As an aspiring medical or engineering branch student or a parent of such a student you all know how difficult it has become to get admission in medical and good engineering college. As the syllabus is vast and tough, and as the exam patterns are ever changing; the dream of many students who wish to become a Doctor or an Engineer remains a dream because of lack of proper guidance.

  • Exam conducted by N.T.A. (Online Only)
  • One Objective (MCQ) paper for JEE Mains
  • Total Marks 300 Physics(20 + 5* MCQs)+Chemistry (20 + 5* MCQs) + Maths (20 + 5* )= 75 MCQs (20 Questions will be MCQs and 5 questions will have answer to be filled as numerical value.)
  • Marking system :Correct Answer = +4, Wrong Answer = -1, No attempt = 0 There will be no negative marking for 5* Numerical questions of each subject
  • For NIT’s and other centrally funded technical institutes, candidate must secure at least 75% marks in 10+2 exam or be in the top 20 percentiles of 10+2 exam.
  • NEET (National Eligibility & Entrance Test)
  • Exam conducted by NTA
  • Objective (MCQ) paper based on Physics, Chemistry & Biology
  • Total 200 MCQs = Physics (50 MCQs)+ Chemistry (50MCQs) + Biology (100MCQs)
  • Out of these 180 MCQs are to be solved
  • Correct Answer = + 4 Marks, Wrong Answer = – 1 Marks, No attempt = 0 Marks
  • Total Marks =720
  • Total Time 3 Hrs 20 Min
  • (Maharashtra Health sciences & Technical CET)
  • Exam conducted by CET Cell (Online CBT)
  • Total 150/200 MCQs = Physics (50 MCQs) + Chemistry (50 MCQs) + Maths (50 MCQ) / Biology (100 MCQ)
  • Every MCQ has 1 marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and 2 Marks in Maths
  • No Negative Marking ( Total 200 marks)
  • From now on will be conducted in April
  • 20% weight age will be given to the questions from Std. XI syllabus and 80% weight age will be given to the questions from Std. XII syllabus while setting the question paper.
NEET ( National Eligibility Entrance Test)

  • Exam conducted by N.T.A.
  • Objective (MCQ) based paper based on Physics Chemistry & Biology
  • Total 180 MCQs = [Physics (45 MCQs) + Chemistry (45 MCQs) + Biology (90 MCQs)
  • Correct Answer = +4, Wrong Answer =-1, No attempt =0
  • Total Marks = 720
  • Generally conducted on first Sunday of May
  • The portion is of Std. XI and Std. XII
MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test)

  • Exam conducted by D.M.E.R. (offline)
  • Total 200 MCQs = Physics (50 MCQs) + Chemistry (50 MCQs) + Biology (100 MCQs)
  • Objective (MCQ) based on Physics, Chemistry & Biology
  • Every MCQ has 1 mark, No Negative Marking
  • Total Marks = 200
  • Generally conducted on second Thursday of May
  • The portion is of Std. XII only
For State run Engineering colleges MHT-CET (Maharashtra Health & Technical CET):

  • Exam conducted by D.T.E. (offline)
  • Total 200 MCQs = Physics (50 MCQs) + Chemistry (50 MCQs) + Maths (50 MCQs)
  • Objective (MCQ) based on Physics, Chemistry & Maths
  • Total Marks = 200
  • Every MCQ has 1 mark in Physics & Chemistry and 2 Marks in Maths, No Negative Marking
  • Generally conducted in May

For N.I.T & Centrally Funded Technical Institutes J.E.E. (Joint Entrance Examination) Mains:

  • Exam conducted by N.T.A. (Online Only)
  • JEE main will be conducted twice a year (January & April)
  • One objective (MCQ) paper for JEE Mains
  • Total Marks = 360 [Physics (30 MCQs) + Chemistry (30 MCQs) + Maths (30 MCQs) = 90 MCQs]
  • Correct Answer =+4, Wrong Answer=-1, No attempt=0
  • For NIT’s and other centrally funded technical institutes, candidate must secure at least 75% marks in 10+2 exam or be in the top 20 percentiles of 10+2 exam.
